    I’ve been on so many Princess Cruises and never had these problems. The room problems sound awful and I’m wondering why you didn’t report it immediately and demand another cabin.

      So there weren’t long lines? Everyone we talked to seemed to tell us that waiting in line for dinner and buffet was normal.

      I’ve cruised with princess twice and I don’t remember any lines that were to long the only thing I could think of is boarding the the ship and the buffet and I don’t also remember rude staff

    Sounds like a set up – Princess Cruises are very clean. My question is why not report it immediately if you had a problem

      Thanks for your comment – sadly, this is NOT a setup. We were upset enough to make this video while onboard! And as the description states, all of these complaints have been discussed with Princess both onboard and once we disembarked and returned home. Just curious – at what point did we make it seem as if we did not report these problems?

    We were on this cruise, and don’t recognise many of the comments. We found plenty to do, did not have to queue, found the staff great. Agree with the problems re Lisbon but not much else. Sorry!

      I think many people have only ever sailed princess have pretty low standards and consider these waiting times normal. That’s my only conclusion, because you certainly almost never wait on Norwegian.

    What a load of moaning! Very poor show to judge an entire cruise line so harshly from one ship/cruise experience I think. There are feed-back forms offered for these types of complaints.

    I think a better title to this video would have been ’10 reasons we didn’t like this Princess  Cruise’. You can’t judge a company and their entire fleet by one cruise you had and say it’s why you should avoid all Princess Cruises.

    Sorry you had this experience. We just boarded yesterday on Regal Princess in Germany and had to get off immediately because the captian came on saying 60 people had the norovirus. They let everyone on the ship before telling us, but we got off right away. The room was also messed up and the concierge was clueless. Glad you felt the same way!

    You are a couple of spoiled brats! I have cruised with princess on both the Crown and the Ruby. I have NEVER had any of your issues. Go back to NCL. I think you are FAKE!

    Thank you for this video. I have been researching Princess cruises, and several of the vlogs I’ve watched show many of these issues, but the people making the videos seem unfazed. However, I would feel cheated to spend two weeks of my vacation, not to mention parting with the expense to go on a cruise I ended up hating. Thanks again.

      Hi Katheryn, I’m glad it helped! It’s certainly hard saving up two weeks of vacation time to be let down! You’ll certainly be better off with another line or a newer ship. We hear good things about Celebrity as well as RCL.

    I’ve been on this same ship (Crown Princess) about a month later and everything was perfect, it was clean, the food was good, there was loads of entertainment and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms were decent. I can’t believe that you had such a bad experience! What cabin or floor were you?

    What is fun for old people might be different to what is fun for people your age. you pay not to have all the yahoo loud mouth young people maybe. But the line up for dinner and having to sit with other strangers is enough to put me off.

    We have been on 12 Princess Cruises. #13 This September. We have never had the issues you describe. Maybe we have lower standards but to be frank we have never experienced a dry cabin,  smelly logo…. we always leave the lid down… why would you leave it open? That’s just unsanitary. On the first night at the anytime restaurants  it cN be crowded at opening tie… adjust your meal time. he answers are so easy. Dirty cabin…. speak to your cabin steward… or customer service. Book a tBle in anytime at a specific time… ask for an air reahener for your bathroom. You seem like ordinary people. I truly don’t understand why you were u able to get your problems solved. Its a vacation not a work task… relax… be nice… chill out.

    Unsub to rush around the world I’ve twice been on Princess Cruises and the staff are wonderful and there are no long lines and the rooms are always perfect just go back to NCL as you love it sooooo much and maybe make sure to actually be nice to staff coz they are onboard for six months at a time so just give them a break +Rush Around The World
